Great hotel with excellent customer service. Big thank you to Bryan for helping me with the laundry machine. Machines need exact change! The room had a small television but still enjoyable. Great stay overall.

Great experience, good service, good location. The only downside is the restaurant inside the hotel; it's very expensive for the quality. The hamburger meat is very low quality, and the soup comes from a can; nothing is fresh.

It was a great stay the first day, big room, microwave, good heating, good shower pressure, silent and friendly reception. The second time we can back, we got a worser room. No ventilation on the bathroom, no microwave, smaller room, toilet roll hanger falling off, low water pressure, toilet didn’t flush well. In general good place to stay. A bit of a gamble with the rooms.

Below are the objective facts from our stay: 1.Two adults stayed for one night on February 28 at a total after-tax price of CAD 151. 2.Parking cost CAD 8 per night. 3.A key card was required to use the elevator. 4.The room was clean, tidy, and had no unpleasant odor. 5.The bathroom had sufficient hot water. 6.The room was quiet at night, with no noticeable noise.

Great stay, great location, great prices. Breakfast was well thought out and had the best selection Ive seen recently. Hotel add-on amenities like the spa and gym were an absolute pleasure. Rooms clean and well-maintained maintained. My only complaint? Dont charge extra to park my car. $8 is not bad but i dont like the idea.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us in the best way. Our room was absolutely lovely and so cozy. It doesn’t take much to make us happy, but this place truly impressed us. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the bed was so comfortable—I slept like a baby every night. We would happily stay here again!

Traveled with my family. Staff were pleasant. The view from my room was great. My only complaint was that there weren’t many washers and the dryers didn’t dry the clothes properly after two rounds of drying. Other than that it was a great stay, i will stay here again.

As a Platinum Elite member, the stay followed the typical Courtyard model: no executive lounge, no complimentary breakfast, and standard elite benefits such as points, late checkout, and room upgrades when available. This aligns with what travelers can generally expect from the Courtyard brand. Overall, the property delivers a reliable and straightforward stay with the familiar Courtyard setup.
